Whitney was referred to my mother and I by my sister and brother-in-law. At the time we were still living in Florida and came to North Carolina to visit my sister and see the area. We met up with Whitney to view some new build communities and right from the get go, we understood why Whitney was referred to us by our loved ones. She was attentive, professional (without being stuffy), inquisitive, and made us feel instantly comfortable. When we returned to Florida, Whitney also researched local agents and found an absolutely gem of an agent who was outstanding in helping us sell my mother’s home. Whitney maintained communication with us while we were still in Florida to ensure we were being taken care of and then once we finally moved here to North Carolina, she continued to ensure that everything ran smoothly in the home buying process. During the walk-through, she inspected every detail of the new home and ensured the builder knew of any discrepancies she found. Additionally, she always made sure to alleviate any concerns we had. My mother and I feel lucky to have had both a great selling agent in Florida (found by Whitney) and buying agent here (Whitney herself), which made a very stressful process a little bit more sane. We’d use Whitney again in a heartbeat.

Tara Empson is, without a doubt, and will always be my realtor. She helped us through the sale of one of our investment properties, and Tara was absolutely the best realtor and person to get us through the process. I’ve dealt with real estate agents in the past who made me feel like I wasn’t a priority. Tara was the complete opposite. She made us feel like we were her top priority throughout the entire process. She was extremely communicative, responsive, and always kept us informed which is incredibly important to us. She went to bat for us on more than one occasion, and went above and beyond the call of duty and our expectations. Her knowledge, professionalism, and judgment gave us a tremendous amount of confidence throughout the transaction. At one point, I told her that I completely trusted her judgment and that I would do whatever she felt was necessary to get to the finish line. I almost want to keep her all to my self but If you’re looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about her clients, communicates, knows the business, and will go to bat for you, I highly recommend Tara. She has absolutely earned our trust and our business for any future real estate transactions.

Tara is MORE than AWESOME. She’s professional and very attentive. She takes the time to get to know you and your needs, which better helps her to find the home you’re looking for. Oh, and I must add, Tara is a superb negotiator. I highly recommend her.
